DANtouch® interface

In the nursing and care sector, we were able to synchronize the software for the stationary and outpatient documentation software DANtouch® and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales bidirectionally. This means that selected resident data is also available to CRM users in Dynamics 365.

The awisto solution for the nursing industry provides intelligent query management for users in nursing facilities. This enables queries from potential residents, relatives or doctors for nursing care places to be processed digitally faster and more easily. Starting with the registration of the prospective customer and the sending of advance information to the contract offer, all processes are completely digitized. When the resident moves in, all existing data is automatically transferred to the DANtouch care documentation system. For you this means:

  • The time-consuming manual contract creation for every interested party in Word is no longer necessary.
  • Instead of paper-based management of requests, they can be efficiently managed digitally in Dynamics 365

Integration of a customer service portal

A customer service portal via PowerApps portals with Dynamics 365 for Sales was integrated for a customer in the electrical industry and mechanical engineering. With this solution, the end customer is able to register and have devices purchased for repair directly via a smartphone. The cost estimate for repairs is also available for approval by the customer in the portal. Repair or maintenance can begin immediately after digital approval and can be documented in Dynamics 365.

Thanks to the integration of sales statistics, all sales-related sales evaluations for the ADM can be called up directly in the Dynamics 365 mobile app at the push of a button. Your benefits:
